For more than two decades, I have dedicated my career to helping people navigate life's most important transitions. That work started long before real estate, in social work, where I learned that the hardest part of a decision is rarely the logistics. It is the emotion underneath.

With a Master's Degree in Psychology, a background in social work, and nearly 20 years in Colorado real estate, I bring a blend of expertise, compassion, and local knowledge that most families cannot find in one place. I have sat with adult children weighing guilt against safety, and with seniors who simply wanted to be heard before anyone handed them a plan.

My mission is simple: to guide families with clarity, care, and confidence, every step of the way. Sometimes that means listing a home. Often it means telling a family to wait six months, or that the community they loved on the tour is not the right fit for the care their mother will need next year.
